Habitat
ROLE: A Site Host greets volunteers each morning at our events. You are responsible for welcoming all guests, checking in volunteers, and making sure volunteers are registered via our online registration system. We couldn't get the work done without you, so come lend a hand with Habitat LA! Please remember to sign up online each time you volunteer. It allows us to know who will be on site, so we can plan check-in accordingly.
LOCATION: Long Beach, CA

- T-Shirt with sleeves*
- Sturdy, close-toed shoes*
- keep in mind clothes and shoes may get dirty
PARKING:
A parking lot is available for volunteers to park in located at: 5701 Orange Ave, Long Beach, CA 90805. Please use the designated parking lot to alleviate parking congestion for the residents of the neighborhood.Please keep all valuables out of plain sight and either at home or in your trunk. Volunteers are not permitted to park on the build site.
Requirements:
- All volunteers must be at least 16 years of age.
- Volunteers ages 16 and 17 must have a parent or guardian sign the minor’s release and waiver of liability form and bring it to the construction site on the workday.
