Job Description Heart and Vascular Center of West Tennessee is looking to add a new Licensed Practice Nurse, LPN, to our practice. This position will be based in Jackson, TN and could involve filling in at our other locations when needed. Our growing practice currently has 5 locations: Jackson, Dyersburg, Lexington, Ripley, and McKenzie. This fast-paced environment is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and strives to provide amazing patient care. Qualifications Experience with various EMR systems – Allscripts is our current EMR system Prior experience as a Clinical Nurse LPN Cardiology experience Great team player Strong desire to provide extraordinary patient care Typical (Clinic) Day Complete outgoing referrals Answer and return all nursing calls for Cardiology department Complete any FMLA or disability paperwork for patients Review testing or lab work, and notify physician of abnormal results Complete patient refill requests Position Requirements Active LPN license Pass a background check and drug screening Current BLS/ACLS certification Reliable means of transportation Equal Employment Opportunity We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
