Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist
Up to $20,000 Sign On Bonus
Location: 3 Hours East of Denver, CO Facility Type: Hospital/clinical Employment Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team located just 3 hours east of Denver, CO. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a well-established facility offering a dynamic work environment with a strong emphasis on patient care and professional development.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate patients to determine physical therapy needs and goals
- Develop personalized treatment plans and exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs
- Administer therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall physical function
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, recovery techniques, and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and progress notes
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Colorado
- Strong clinical skills in musculoskeletal, neurological, or orthopedic rehabilitation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Passion for helping others and providing high-quality care
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in outpatient and/or inpatient rehabilitation settings
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
