We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to support daily front office operations for a service-focused environment. This Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming experience, managing administrative tasks, and keeping the reception area organized and well maintained. The role combines customer-facing support with routine office upkeep and scheduling assistance to help the location run smoothly.

Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors, members, and guests with a friendly and attentive approach while providing clear information about services, memberships, and class offerings.
• Manage a multi-line phone system, direct incoming calls appropriately, and respond to general questions in a timely manner.
• Enroll individuals in memberships and classes, ensuring information is entered accurately and records are kept up to date.
• Perform regular cleaning of high-touch surfaces and shared fitness equipment throughout the day to maintain a neat and sanitary environment.
• Support front desk administration by organizing files, maintaining orderly documentation, and assisting with routine clerical tasks.
• Use Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel to handle communications, track information, and prepare basic office documents as needed.
• Coordinate concierge-style assistance for guests and members by helping with check-in needs and general service requests.
• Monitor the reception area to ensure it remains tidy, welcoming, and ready for daily operations.• Previous experience in a front desk, reception, customer service, or hospitality-related role.
• Ability to operate a multi-line phone system while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for routine administrative work.
• Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail when managing memberships, schedules, and records.
• Ability to organize files and maintain orderly documentation in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable performing light cleaning and sanitizing tasks regularly during the workday.
