Manufacturing Engineer Dodge Center, MN
\n \nNote: 8+ Years of experience required.
\n \nJob Description & Skill Requirement:
\n \nSkills: ME/IE, Tooling, Fixture, Work Instruction, time study
\n \n• Experience with handling weld tooling/templates and its parts/components - MUST SKILL
\n• 3D CAD Skills - Solidworks, Creo, CATIA - MUST SKILL
\n• Complete Manufacturing / Industrial engineering support - MUST SKILL
\n• Design & Implementation of weld and assembly tooling.
\n• Assembly process planning.
\n• Material handling equipment design.
\n• Creating & updating standard operating procedures, CN and DOU the process.
\n• Develop manufacturing process flow and with reduce cost.
\n• Systematic layout planning, production planning & control.
\n• Lean implementation.
\n• Racking system design for material stack up.
\n• Validation of Racks and cart based on the load capacity.
\n• Designing of cart and special purpose material handling devices.
\n• Designing of Templates and special purpose tools for productivity improvements.
\n• Quality checking gauges.
\n• Material flow and standardization process support.
\n• Daily follow up with projects and interaction with customer.
\n• Vendor engagement for project requirements.
\n• Supporting to continuous improvement process.
\n• 5S line support for line implementation.
