Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 5:45 AM6 PM or 5:45 PM6 AM , following a rotating 2-week schedule. Employees Will: Operate equipment used to manufacture and bind carbon fiber products safely and efficiently. Remove empty spools from production equipment and replace them with full spools. Monitor resin-binding machines to ensure product quality and maintain production standards. Load carbon fiber spools and materials into machines. Perform quality checks and inspect products throughout the manufacturing process. Learn final cutting, binding, and packaging procedures for finished products. Train on resin mixing operations and material preparation processes. Complete physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, reaching, pulling, walking, and standing for extended periods. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Assist with additional production and housekeeping tasks during downtime. Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production schedules. Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals and output targets. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.97 - $20.39/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
