Minimum Qualifications: At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, human resources, or administrative support. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a fast-paced corporate recruitment environment. Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in the United States. Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR). Experience with HRIS systems and recruitment analytics tools.
