The Cath Lab RN is responsible for the delivery of excellence in patient care through assessing, formulating nursing diagnoses and establishing goals, planning and implementing intervention and evaluating patient care outcomes. With the staff nurse's professional practice he/she Responsible for participating in and maintaining quality, cost effectiveness and guest relations. Provide patient care in compliance with hospital policies and procedures and the standards of professional nursing practice as defined by the Board of Nurse Examiners for the State of Texas.

Job Requirements

Education Required

Associate degree in Nursing

Experience Required

One (1) year of RN experience

License and Certification Required

Registered Nurse: TX, BLS and ACLS (AHA only)

Preferred

Experience in critical care unit

Cath Lab experience

St. Luke's Health–Brazosport Hospital is located on a beautiful, 25-acre campus in Lake Jackson, Texas. Offering state-of-the-art diagnostic and comprehensive treatment services, our hospital is home to a 154-bed patient tower, level III trauma center, advanced cardiac care center, and full-service, multidisciplinary cancer center. Our team consists of over 100 board-certified physicians and nearly 600 highly skilled team members to meet our patients' medical needs.
