Your future role at a glance Location: Austin, TX Facility: Dell Children's Specialty Pavilion Department/Specialty: Pediatric Urology Schedule: Days | Full-time | Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm How you'll make an impact in this role Perform diagnostic medical ultrasound exams to provide high-quality images for clinical interpretation and effective direct patient care. Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to assist in complex imaging procedures and specialized pediatric patient care interventions. Maintain clinical documentation and high-quality image submission within the PACS and EHR systems to ensure diagnostic accuracy. Execute rigorous quality improvement and safety standards by monitoring equipment performance and maintaining compliance with regulatory agencies. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. One or more of the following required: Cardiographic Tech specializing in Vascular Interpretation credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. Radiologic Technologist specializing in Sonography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. Vascular Sonography (ARRT-VS) also accepted. Medical Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. Any specialty accepted. Education: High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical certificate/degree required.
