Financial Stewardship: Oversee operational and capital budgets, analyze productivity, and forecast future revenue to maximize care efficiency. Quality & Safety: Drive performance improvement by identifying key indicators, managing incident reporting, and maintaining constant regulatory readiness for state and accreditation standards. Relationship Management: Act as a change agent and professional role model, applying expert communication and conflict‑resolution skills to promote healthy team dynamics. What you must have Licensure: Current New York State Registered Nursing License/Registration. Education: Baccalaureate in Nursing (BSN) required. Certifications: BLS Certification (through the American Heart Association). ACLS Certification (required if the supervised department mandates it). Health: Flu Vaccine required (no exemptions). Skills: Demonstrated foundational knowledge of management skills and professional nursing ethics. Nice to have Specialty Certification: Certification in Radiology Nursing or CNML (Certified Nurse Manager and Leader) is highly preferred (must be obtained within three years of hire). Clinical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Radiology nursing standards and interdisciplinary collaboration.
