Care Team Leader – Norwich (Temporary - Fixed Term) £15.50 (Days) / £15.75 (Nights) + enhancements + paid sickness scheme 36 average hours per week + opportunity for additional hours Temporary position - Fixed Term for 12 months. With a natural ability and initiative to lead and motivate others, you will work closely with the home managers, supporting the day‑to‑day supervision of staff and overseeing the care provided. You will champion our residents’ independence using your expertise to provide creative solutions that empower them to make informed choices in line with their person‑centred care plan. About Ellacombe: Ellacombe is our residential care home nestled in the Thorpe Hamlet area close to the centre of Norwich.
