Requirements BA/BS required; MBA preferred or analytical advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in leading marketing, experience or customer strategy roles, ideally within the financial services industry Demonstrated experience developing strategies and business plans across all aspects of marketing and experience, with the requisite results to prove it Ability to apply modern marketing techniques across segments, across channels, journey‑based, digital and non‑digital Strong business acumen and proven experience managing budgets to develop and manage successful large‑scale campaigns and cross‑functional initiatives Deep analytics and insights experience. Thought partner with the Analytics and Insights leader with knowledge of what work would serve the business segment most effectively, not a customer. Experience leading complex, matrixed organizations with shared accountability. Proven ability to communicate at all levels, with executives across the firm, and with matrixed teams to deliver on the work Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026.
