Registered Nurse (RN)

Seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team. The position offers a flexible guarantee of hours per week, with options for both 36-hour and 48-hour guarantees available. Most nurses choose the 48-hour option.

Flat overtime rate applied for hours worked beyond 48 in a work week.

Weekend work is available, but no guarantee of hours on every other weekend; flexibility is required.

Overtime opportunities are available but not guaranteed.

The ideal candidate will manage patient care in two units, each with varying levels of acuity:

• LTC Unit: 58 beds with a ratio of 1 RN to 30 patients during the day.
• TCU Unit: 14 beds, similar to a step-down facility, with a ratio of 1 RN to 54 patients at night. Experience with wound vacs and IVs is preferred but not required.

Registered Nurses will collaborate with medication aides who will assist with medication administration for low-acuity long-term care patients.

• Current RN license.
• Flexibility to float between units based on skill set.
• Preferred experience in the TCU unit, though not mandatory.

Position is located in a small town nestled in the mountains, so early housing arrangements are recommended for traveling staff. The area is a popular destination, especially during the Sturgis motorcycle rally; therefore, cultural fit and personal interests (like riding motorcycles) may enrich your experience.
