What You’ll Do

As a Part-Time Manager, you will:

• Lead shifts and help manage daily restaurant operations
• Support both front- and back-of-house teams
• Ensure guests receive exceptional service
• Maintain systems, standards, and cleanliness
• Coach and support team members in a positive, productive manner
• Help drive efficient, profit-minded operations
• Model and uphold the values and culture of Roosters
• Energize the team and maintain a strong, positive shift atmosphere

You’ll be a hands-on leader who sets the tone for professionalism, teamwork, and fun.
