Brunswick believes "Next Never Rests™," and we offer a variety of exciting careers and growth opportunities within united teams defining the future of marine recreation.As an Assembly Technician you will join a dynamic team of the company's winning culture by supporting the Mercury Marine values of: Integrity, Customer Centricity, Product & Service Leadership, Sustainability, and Employee Engagement through the production of high quality inboard and outboard marine engines.Use a variety of air and pneumatic tools to assembly components for marine engines, service parts, and assembliesSet-up, adjust, and/or changeover equipment with appropriate tools common to the particular jobMaintain a clean and safe working area in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Rules, and Plant Safety RulesPerform inspection common to the classification at required intervalsTake appropriate action when out of tolerance situations occur and notify appropriate individuals when further action must be takenCollaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and resolve issues.Participate in training and cross-training to support flexible workforce needs.We value growth and development, recognizing that people come with a wealth of experience and talent beyond just the technical requirements of a job.
