ML Engineer, Beacon AI: Retrieval & Embeddings Lead

Spotlight Partners in Detroit area seeks an ML Engineer to build and optimize the retrieval and embedding stack behind Beacon, an AI platform. You will design retrieval and reranking, own embedding strategy, and decide when to fine-tune versus prompting. Expect benchmarking for cost and latency, plus pipeline development for predictive components. You’ll work with LangChain, vector stores, and transformer architectures, partnering with an evaluation engineer to quantify results and drive #J-18808-Ljbffr Latitude
