Organization Inspection Program Coordination (G3 Staff Support)

Provides multiple staff augmentation and support to the G-3 mission. in critical functions, including: Management: Installation Training Management/Centralized Taskings, Planning and scheduling: Air Operations; Ceremonies and special events; Staff Inspection Program; Long Range Planning Calendar and the Digital Training Management System; and other Support: Strategic Analysis.

Duties:

·Prepare Director’s office after-actions reviews resulting from staff inspections

·Maintain and update the SharePoint and website for staff inspections for the MCoE

·Prepare correspondence, reports, surveys, charts, graphs, and tables

·Process requests for resources and exception to policies for MCoE schools and units

·Coordinate with TRADOC and MCoE staff sections regarding requests for resources and

exception to policies

Qualifications:

·Degree in Protocol, Military Studies, Communications, Marketing, or Diplomacy (or equivalent experience)

·experience in scheduling, coordination, and execution of command inspections and knowledge

·experience in military protocol (VIP/GO-level)

·Secret Clearance

·Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
