Sr. Product Designer Untangle ambiguous, 0-to-1 problems into a clear experience vision and an actionable plan — synthesizing insights and business context quickly enough to move a team from "what if" to a shippable direction. Design at high craft across TV, Mobile, and Web, working in Figma from concept through detailed, dev-ready execution. Create scalable systems, patterns, and reusable approaches that extend beyond individual projects. Partner directly with product, engineering, merchandising, and marketing stakeholders to shape strategy and bring member-centered experiences to life. Skills, Characteristics & Qualifications 5+ years designing user experiences for consumer-facing products, with a proven track record of driving 0-1 initiatives and leading projects to successful outcomes at global scale. Strong judgment for distilling ambiguous, unstructured problems into actionable roadmaps — knowing which questions to ask and where to focus for impact. Known for high-quality craft and detailed execution of design patterns across multiple UI platforms. Demonstrated ability to operate across multiple initiatives and business domains, balancing competing team requirements without losing sight of long-term experience goals. Demonstrated ability to build organizational leverage through systems, frameworks, and reusable patterns. Actively explores and adopts new tools, workflows, and technologies to increase individual and organizational effectiveness. Exceptional communication skills — in writing, small group discussions, large-scale presentations, or with executives. Track record of giving and receiving feedback.
