Occupancy SpecialistA local organization in the Fairmont/Morgantown area is seeking a full-time Occupancy Specialist to join our dedicated team. This position will provide the full range of Section Program services from tenant enrollment to end of participation including orientation, eligibility, recertification and inspections.We're looking to interview as early as next week!Key Responsibilities:Manage and support a caseload of clients receiving housing assistancePerform a combination of clerical and inspection dutiesMaintain accurate electronic records and documentationProvide excellent customer service and work collaboratively with internal staff and a diverse client baseEnsure compliance with program guidelines and reporting requirementsQualifications:Strong computer skills and attention to detailAble to interact effectively with the public and team membersDependable: must be punctual and committed to reporting to workMust pass a background check and drug screeningPrevious work experience in public service, housing, or clerical roles is preferred but not required—we are happy to train the right person!What We're Looking For:A sharp, trainable individual with a strong work ethicA positive attitude and team-first mentalityA desire to help people in the local community through meaningful workSince 2014, Express Employment Professionals of Morgantown has been empowered by our work of connecting people with great jobs and great companies.
