Budtender duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide a top-notch customer experience, offering recommendations based on customer needs Educate customers on cannabis strains, consumption methods, and responsible use Ensure compliance with all state and local cannabis regulations Manage inventory, stock shelves, and maintain a clean and organized store Process transactions securely using our cannabis POS system What we're looking for: Customer service superstars who thrive in a retail environment Passionate individuals who love learning about cannabis and sharing their knowledge Detail-oriented team players who can handle compliance and transactions accurately Reliable and adaptable employees who can work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays Must be able to successfully apply for and receive a Montana State Cannabis Worker's Permit What's in it for you?
