RN - Infusion Profession: Nursing Specialty: Infusion Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience preferred License: Current RN license in California Certifications: BLS, ACLS, Oncology Certification preferred Must-Have: Current California RN license BLS certification ACLS certification Oncology experience Description:The role involves providing nursing care in an infusion and oncology setting during Monday to Friday shifts.The candidate will treat patients with various diagnoses such as iron deficiency anemia, rheumatoid arthritis, and multiple sclerosis.Services provided include biologic therapies, hydration, immunotherapy, injections, and supportive infusion treatments.Nursing responsibilities will include the administration of intravenous and subcutaneous medications, obtaining vital signs, and dressing changes.The candidate must have experience interpreting laboratory results.Close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is required for optimal patient care.The provider will work with patients exhibiting chronic infections requiring IV antibiotics, dehydration, and electrolyte imbalances.The daily patient load is expected to be between 18-24 with a patient ratio of approximately 1:3.The position requires flexibility for weekend coverage as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cynet HealthStaff
