The Work

• Lead a crew on commercial and industrial electrical projects throughout the Kansas City area
• Read plans, coordinate materials, and work with project managers, contractors, and other trades to keep the job moving
• Set the tone for a safe, clean and organized jobsite

What It Takes

• 8+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience, including experience leading a crew
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, conduit, plans, codes, and safety practices
• Ability to lead a team, plan ahead, manage competing priorities and solve problems
• Valid electrical license (preferred)
• Safety certification such as OSHA 10 or 30
• Solid communication and teamwork skills
• Must be able to pass a standard background check and drug screening (conducted after a conditional offer of employment)

Work Conditions

• Full-time role with hands-on work in commercial and industrial environments
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work at heights or in confined spaces
• Some travel or overtime may be required depending on project needs
