RN - Acute Care (Nights) Claremont, NH

Shifts: Night

Job Summary:

• Care plan resident needs as assessed by the care team.
• Provides assistance, direction, consultation, and problem-solving regarding patient care issues and business continuity.
• Need to communicate problems that may compromise patient care to the appropriate departmental leadership.
• Ensure a safe, effective and efficient patient care environment.
• Support Staff development through partnership with our clinical educator and informatics nurse through participation in education, informatics, quality and patient safety, professional development.
• Identify changes in resident's status and intervene based on nursing knowledge, judgment, and MD orders.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred
• Current NH Registered Nurse Licensure. Required.
• Previous relevant experience in a charge nurse or supervisory role an asset;
• Relevant nursing certification an asset; highly encouraged after employment
• Current BCLS Required.
• Current ACLS preferred
