Front-of-House Team Member Opportunity
At Chick-fil-A Collier Township, the Front-of-House Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent Owner/Operator, Team Members gain life experience that goes far beyond serving a great product in a friendly environment. Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.
Position Type:
- Full-time and Part-time
- Daylight or Evening Shifts Monday-Saturday

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Smile
- Create and Maintain Eye Contact
- Speak Enthusiastically
- Make Emotional Connections with Guests
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
- Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
- Taking orders with speed and accuracy at the drive-thru
- Learn all positions, including headset or order taking, monitor or bagging, and window, or in other areas of the restaurant
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
