Missouri Botanical Garden, 2345 Tower Grove Ave., St. Louis, Missouri, United States of America Overview Facility Support Attendant – 1st Shift Location: Missouri Botanical Garden, St. Louis, MO Responsibilities Perform general daily housekeeping duties Remain alert, courteous, and helpful to visitors and employees at all times Ensure that all recycled, compost, and landfill materials are placed in the correct containers Report all accidents, injuries, and near-miss incidents immediately to your supervisor Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, wash surfaces, empty trash, and perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record Willingness to learn new procedures Present a professional attitude at all times under public scrutiny Meet productivity standards Ability to read instructions and understand product labels Ability to multitask in a sometimes fast-paced environment Ability to lift 30–60 pounds Ability and willingness to work in varying temperatures and all-weather conditions Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays Benefits On-Demand Pay Garden membership Competitive compensation Medical and Vision benefits PTO (Paid Time Off) 403(b) Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program and Wellness Program This position starts at $16.20 per hour.
