Store Administrator

Essential Functions Maintains costing data for all TCV products and verifies current customer margins are within acceptable ranges. Establishes delivery schedules for products in coordination with customers. Completes all paperwork, including UPC code approvals, invoice numbers, product codes, etc. Maintains and retrieves contract documents as needed. Serves as primary point of contact for customer issues relating to pricing and delivery. Facilitates project logistics such as meetings and conference calls to support staff. Meets agreed‑upon goals and objectives effectively and in a timely manner. Arrives to work, appointments, meetings, and other work‑related functions on time as scheduled. Other Functions Performs other duties as assigned. Maintains relationships and favorable contacts with current and potential accounts. Resolves customer issues/problems. Working Conditions Overtime work may be required. Normal office environment. Equipment/Machinery used: telephone, fax machine, copier, computer, calculator. Physical Requirements Occasional lifting up to 30 lbs., bending, sitting, standing, manual dexterity, reaching, visual acuity. Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or GED. Associates Degree or 60 hours toward a Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. Minimum three years of administrative support experience. Strong database and spreadsheet experience. Experience with pricing/margins strongly preferred. Demonstrated effective written and oral communication skills. This job description does not list all the duties of the job.
