Job Description Summary As the Busser, you support the daily operations of the Food Beverage department by ensuring tables are clean, organized, and properly reset in a timely manner. You assist Food Servers in delivering a seamless guest dining experience through attentive service and maintenance of a clean, upscale environment. Your efforts directly impact guest satisfaction and contribute to smooth restaurant operations. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture. Greet guests in a friendly and upbeat manner. Refill water and non‑alcoholic beverages, and offer refills when glasses are half full. Clear tables promptly and sweep surrounding areas as needed. Transport soiled tableware to the dishwashing area and replace silverware as appropriate. Set and reset tables according to outlet standards. Polish glassware and silverware to maintain presentation quality. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas, rotating stock using FIFO procedures. Maintain a general knowledge of menu and beverage offerings. Assist in running food as needed. Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position. Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications 6 months of previous experience working in a full service dining venue preferred. Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast‑paced environment. Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team. Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety‑conscious work environment. Requirements At least 18 years of age. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal. Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company. Verify right to work in the United States. Food Handlers Card. Physical Requirements Frequently push/pull up to 50 lbs. Frequently lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels. Frequently squat, kneel, reach, bend, twist. Occasionally sit and work at a desk or computer. Frequently standing and walking. Ability to communicate using in‑person speech, radios, and telephone. Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sound in person.
