CPT was devoted exclusively to the delivery of home care services until 1996, when we expanded to include outpatient services and skilled nursing facility staffing and management services. What We're Looking For

• Active Illinois PTA license
• SNF experience preferred
• Familiarity with Net Health is a plus - training provided
