Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• 1 year of outpatient therapy or rehabilitation experience required
• Missouri license required
• Experience with LBP, cervical pain, post-op shoulder surgeries, TKA, general ortho, and balance or falls required

Assignment Details

• Clinic is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 6:30 pm. Clinician schedule will be discussed with candidate.
• Weekend requirement: No
• On-call requirement: No
• Daily patient load: 8
• Productivity standard: 75%
• Floating to other facilities: No
• First-time travelers accepted
• Pending state license accepted
• Block scheduling not accommodated
• Scrub color: business casual
• Charting: Epic
• Parking cost: None
