Exciting FT or PT opportunity for a BC/BE, fellowship-trained Breast Radiologist to join a busy Breast Care Center! Mount Nittany Health’s Breast Care Center is led by two dedicated fellowship-trained Breast Radiologists who are currently performing approx. 13k screening mammograms per year with increasing demand. Located in State College, PA, Mount Nittany Medical Center is a 260-bed acute care facility that offers all of the luxuries of a college town—including short commutes, NCAA Sports, Arts, high quality schools and outdoor recreation abounds with beautiful hiking and biking trails. Community based medicine is a plus! The physician will be provided a robust recruitment package.

The Position:

• 100% Breast Imaging — no general radiology responsibilities
\n
• Join a practice currently composed of two fellowship-trained Breast Radiologists
\n
• Position created due to continued growth in breast imaging volume
\n
• No general call, nights, or holidays
\n
• Flexible schedule; FT or PT
\n

• Breast Imaging Fellowship; Required
\n
• Comfortable interpreting:
\n
\n
• Digital breast tomosynthesis
\n
• Breast ultrasound
\n
• Breast MRI
\n
\n
• Comfortable performing:
\n
\n
• Stereotactic-guided biopsies and localizations
\n
• Tomosynthesis-guided biopsies and localizations
\n
• Ultrasound-guided biopsies and localizations
\n
• MRI-guided biopsies
\n
\n
• Collaborative approach and commitment to providing high-quality breast care
