- Monitoring residents and documenting their care
- Assisting with individualized care plans
- Providing skilled nursing care, including wound care and treatments
- Collaborating with physicians, RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team
- Educating residents and families about health management and care
- Responding confidently and effectively during emergencies
- Helping create a safe, compassionate, and welcoming home for every resident
- Current Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
