Production TechnicianDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Technicians for a leading manufacturing supplier located in Duluth, MN. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as a Production Technician:Set up production equipment to support manufacturing operationsMonitor, audit, and provide guidance to line operators to ensure efficient productionConduct test runs and collect data to evaluate yields, identify issues, and support new product developmentPrepare records, charts, and reports to track performance and production outcomesProvide technical support to manufacturing teams and assist in resolving quality issuesPerform tasks such as winding, soldering, encapsulation, testing, and assemblyParticipate in lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement effortsOperate specialized equipment and systems (e.g., MES and other production systems)What You Need to Bring to the Production Technician Role:1–2 years of related manufacturing or technical experienceAbility to apply job skills, procedures, and company policies effectivelyExperience or willingness to learn technical assembly processes such as soldering and windingStrong attention to detail with the ability to monitor processes and identify issuesBasic data tracking and reporting skills (charts, records, and test documentation)Ability to provide technical support and collaborate with production teamsFamiliarity with or ability to learn manufacturing systems and equipmentInterest in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practicesWhy You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing SolutionsEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
