Compensation * Salary Range: $55,000-75,000/year * Routine Visit: 1.0 Unit Benefits

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist
• Provide therapeutic interventions to patients, including exercises, activities, and modalities
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
• Collaborate with the Occupational Therapist and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Qualifications

• Active Florida COTA License
• CPR Certification
• Home health experience preferred but not required
