This clinic-based leadership position requires support of day‑to‑day operations, on‑floor clinical guidance, and mentorship of the team. About the Role This is a hands‑on leadership position combining clinical excellence with team and clinic support. Support daily clinic flow and structure Provide real‑time, on‑floor support to RBTs and staff Assist with opening and closing responsibilitiesReport directly to the Clinical Director on clinic needs, staffing, and overall operations What We’re Looking For Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field Active BCBA certification Strong clinical experience in a clinic setting Confidence supporting and guiding a team in real time Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills Ability to balance clinical and operational responsibilities Responsibilities Clinical Conduct FBAs and oversee development of BIPs Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans using data Ensure treatment integrity and clinical quality Team Support Supervise and support RBTs and clinical staff Provide ongoing feedback, training, and mentorship Support onboarding and development of new team members Leadership & Operations Support daily clinic operations and flow Provide on‑floor guidance and problem‑solving Assist with opening and closing the clinic Report directly to the Clinical Director on clinic needs, staffing, and overall operations Administrative Maintain accurate and timely documentation Ensure compliance with BACB and company standards Communicate with families and team members as needed Ready to Take the Next Step?
