What You'll Do
- Craft classic and signature cocktails, server beer and wine, and maintain consistency and flair.
- Deliver warm, engaging service that makes every member and guest feel at home.
- Maintain a clean, organized and energetic bar environment.
- Select and use appropriate glassware for all beverages.
- Execute the steps of service from warm welcome to fond farewell, ensuring a memorable lakeside experience.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of all food and beverage menus and share that knowledge enthusiastically.
- Recognize members by name and remember their preferences.
- Uphold our standards of quality, cleanliness and hospitality.

Requirements:What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior bartending experience with classic cocktails, craft beer and fine wine encouraged
- Friendly, confident presence and a sharp eye for detail
- A team-first mindset and passion for hospitality
- Ability to thrive in an outdoor setting right on the lake shore
