Key Responsibilities\nYour day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Delivering mindfulness-based interventions such as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) to clients, helping them develop self-awareness and resilience. \n
- Conducting thorough initial assessments to identify clients' challenges, stressors, and goals, tailoring mindfulness practices and therapeutic approaches to align with their needs. \n
- Guiding clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation sessions, and breathing techniques, promoting emotional regulation and balance. \n
- Facilitating group workshops focused on mindfulness, stress management, and resilience-building strategies, creating safe spaces for clients to share their experiences. \n
- Integrating mindfulness into individual therapy sessions, addressing specific mental health concerns while supporting clients in their journey toward growth and recovery. \n
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure seamless integration of mindfulness approaches into holistic treatment plans. \n
- Maintaining accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and the mindfulness interventions employed to facilitate ongoing improvement. \n
- Engaging in personal mindfulness practice and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge of MBSR and other therapeutic modalities. \n
This role focuses on serving a diverse array of clients, including individuals dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Qualifications\nTo be considered for this position, you should possess:

- A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- Current active licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York. \n
- Strong foundational knowledge of mindfulness techniques and their application within therapeutic settings. \n
- Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to foster a calming and supportive therapeutic space that encourages client participation. \n
While not required, we highly value candidates who have:

- Extensive training or certification in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) or similar mindfulness programs. \n
- Experience incorporating mindfulness into therapeutic interventions effectively. \n
- A background in conducting group therapy sessions or workshops. \n
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 104,000 annually, reflecting your experience and expertise. Additional benefits include:
