·       Facility: Beds-25 (critical access). Trauma Level III

\n

·       EMR: All Script

\n

\n

Requirements of the CRNA Role: 

\n

·      WY state license: active, unrestricted (in-hand). Welcomed IMLC Candidates.

\n

·      Board Certified (Board Eligible within 2-5 years post-training).

\n

·      DEA, ACLS, ATLS, PALS.

\n

·      Covid Vaccination-required

\n

·      CV (MM/YYYY, 30+day gaps explained – work and education)

\n

\n
