Multi‑skilled Carpenters – Ace Handyman Services Grand Strand We are one of the Grand Strand’s top‑rated handyman, repair, and remodeling companies. We provide homes and businesses throughout the Grand Strand with quality craftsmanship for all repair, maintenance, and remodeling projects – both large and small – inside and outside. We are seeking highly motivated professional carpenters with skills in multiple trades. Position Details This is a W2 position offering the flexibility of an independent job. We schedule work for you, and you provide the quality craftsmanship and customer service our clients expect. You can work full time or part time from home, using your own truck or van to travel to job sites in Horry County and nearby areas. Potential for company vehicle. Compensation: $20‑$25 per hour, based on experience and skill level. Job Requirements We are looking for carpenters with a strong work ethic, professional appearance, and broad knowledge of trades—including carpentry, tiling, painting, drywalling, light plumbing, and electrical. Excellent customer‑service, communication, and interpersonal skills are required, as well as the ability to interact positively with clients, coworkers, management, and office staff. Must pass background check and drug test. Specific Qualifications Successful prior track record as carpenter/craftsman; estimation skills and prior home inspection experience preferred. Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing work. Own standard set of tools to perform all trades. Own truck or van. Current and valid driver’s license. Residence within 15 miles of Horry County. Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Strong documentation and invoicing skills. Professional appearance and demeanor.
