Radiology - X-ray Tech

Radiologic Technologist

We are seeking a qualified Radiologic Technologist specializing in X-Ray. The candidate will be proficient in Siemens general radiography equipment. The candidate must also have experience with Carestream portable units. Operating room experience is essential, particularly with C-arms and O-arms. The candidate will support all areas of Radiology, including plain film imaging and portable exams. Candidates must possess at least 24 months of current X-Ray experience in a hospital or medical center setting. Experience using Siemens fixed equipment and Carestream portables is required. Recent experience with GE OEC C-arms and Medtronic O-Arms is highly preferred. Surgery fluoroscopy experience is required. EPIC experience is essential. Prior operating room experience is necessary due to occasional OR cases. Candidates should be able to work with all age groups, which is shift dependent. Level II trauma experience is mandatory, while Level I trauma and pediatric experience are preferred. An active Iowa license is highly preferred. Candidates who are in the process of licensing may be considered with an attestation to apply.
