Description We are seeking a hard-working Production Operator to assist in the manufacturing process. The Production Operator's responsibilities include maintaining a clean
production area, preparing machinery and equipment for use, working on the production line as instructed, and strictly adhering to health and safety guidelines. Job Details:

- Pay:
- Day Shift: $17.00/hr
- Night Shift: $18.00/hr
- Schedule:
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM to 6:45 PM (12-hour shifts with a 3-day/4-day alternating schedule)
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM to 6:45 AM (12-hour shifts with a 3-day/4-day alternating schedule)
- Duties include:
- Operating production equipment according to standard procedures
- Performing quality checks, visual inspections, and collecting qualifying
products - Working in a clean, temperature-controlled environment
- Eligible for conversion to a permanent position after 480 hours
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Prior experience in manufacturing (preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Full-time / Temp-to-hire
