Manager, Consolidations & Business Ventures

DescriptionWe have partnered with a client on their search for a Manager, Consolidations & Business Ventures with minority and majority interest experience. This Manager, Consolidations & Business Ventures will oversee the company’s financial consolidation process while supporting strategic business initiatives, acquisitions, and new venture activities. As the Manager Consolidation and Analysis, you will oversee the consolidated financial close process, assist with special transactions, prepare financial reports, draft annual financial statements, prepare cash flow statement analysis, develop and implement internal controls over financial reporting, and manage the month end close process.
