Our doors are always open.* There is no place like Lyle.**Server Assistant Essential Functions*** Support servers and bartenders during service to ensure a smooth and efficient flow* Set, clear, and reset tables according to service standards* Refill water and other table necessities as needed* Assist with food running and table maintenance when required* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service stations* Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally* Communicate effectively with the front-of-house and kitchen teams**This position requires the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:*** Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required* Hotel experience is not required — a warm, welcoming personality is a must* Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills* Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment* Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and holidays* Commitment to high service standards**Compensation:**$10.30 per hour plus gratuity**Benefits**At Lyle Washington DC we are committed to giving our employees the skills and support required to deliver extraordinary experiences, and most importantly, to grow in their careers.
