Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.39 / Hour Job Schedule: Wed 02:30 PM - 10:30 PM Thur 02:30 PM - 10:30 PM Fri 02:30 PM - 10:30 PM Sat 02:30 PM - 10:30 PM Sun 02:30 PM - 10:30 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location. Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and visitor or contractor entry processes, verifying authorization and maintaining required logs and documentation. Report observations, incidents, hazards, and maintenance concerns to the appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership in accordance with established procedures. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
