Vapor Fresh is a leading brand of safer cleaning products for the sports & fitness industry. You may have seen our gym equipment wipes at your gym, or our sports equipment cleaning sprays in hockey, football, lacrosse and boxing locker rooms across the country. We’re a family-owned business founded in 2008, obsessed with quality and currently scaling to become a household name.

We’re hiring a Junior Account Executive to grow our new business pipeline of gyms and fitness centers.

This is an inside sales role. You'll sell to gyms nationwide by phone and email from our Boca Raton office - no territory travel required. The only travel is 3-5 industry trade shows per year. 

You will be responsible for opening new doors - calling on gym owners and operators across the country to sell our gym wipes. This is not an account management role.

You will work directly with the founder. Your wins, your losses and everything you hear in the field will directly shape our strategy, product development and growth priorities. We need your feedback constantly - not in a quarterly review, but in real time. This is a great opportunity to grow within the company and help build out the sales team if successful. 

New Business Development (core focus)

• Hunt and close new gym accounts across the USA: independent gyms, franchises, fitness studios, athletic facilities, college recreation centers, community centers & more.

• Build and work a pipeline from scratch and close deals.
\n
• Conduct daily cold calls.
\n
• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, follow-up, close.
\n
• Help represent Vapor Fresh at 3-5 industry conferences and trade expos per year.
\n
• Help build the systems and processes that will scale our sales operation.
\n

Market Intelligence

• Feed the founder constant, unfiltered intel from everything you hear on your calls.
\n
• Share what objections you’re hearing, what competitors are doing, what buyers want.
\n
• Your insights directly influence our product roadmap and GTM strategy.
\n

• 1-3 years of B2B or field sales experience
\n
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota
\n
• Comfortable selling by phone and email - that's how our deals get done
\n
• Strong prospecting instincts - you know how to find the right contact and get them on the phone
\n
• Excellent communication skills - clear, confident, persistent without being annoying
\n
• Hybrid work -  commute a few times per week to our Boca Raton, FL office  
\n

• Existing relationships with gym operators, gym chains or fitness facility buyers
\n
• Experience selling into retail - big box, grocery, or sporting goods
\n
• Background in fitness, sports or consumer packaged goods 
\n

• Base salary of $60k
\n
• Uncapped commission structure, paid out monthly
