Installation Customer Specialist

Currently, we have an immediate opening for an Installation Customer Specialist who will coordinate sales leads, confirm appointments, schedule installations, pull permits, schedule inspections, and invoice clients. The Project Coordinator will be the main point of contact for commercial accounts and coordinating installation projects to reach 100% customer satisfaction. This position requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as you will be a liaison between 3 different departments. Customer service-focused individuals will excel in this role.

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm, In-office

Pay Scale: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• HVAC administrative experience
• Impeccable customer service skills, with the ability to communicate empathy
• Ability to think critically and problem-solve
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
• Proven ability to process high volumes of work with great accuracy
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Service Titan software experience
