Clinical Data Analyst

To ensure the reliability and completeness of clinical data, the remote Clinical Data Analyst will manage the end-to-end understanding of the clinical data lifecycle, conduct deep-dive analyses to identify data gaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data integration strategies. Key responsibilities Proactively identify and monitor healthcare facilities generating high-quality clinical documents to quantify data gaps Conduct comprehensive evaluations and proof-of-concepts for new data integration technologies to assess viability and quality improvements Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define data requirements and implement reliable data pipelines Required qualifications 2+ years of hands-on data analytics experience with exposure to healthcare data interoperability Strong experience with healthcare data standards such as HL7, CCDA, and ADT messages Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large, complex datasets Background in analyzing interoperability networks or HIE integrations Skilled in data visualization and presenting complex findings to diverse stakeholders
