Gynecologic Oncology – Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Piedmont Fayette Overview Piedmont Healthcare is recruiting an Advanced Practice Provider to join the Gynecologic Oncology team at Piedmont Fayetteville Hospital. The Advanced Practice Provider will work under the supervision of a physician in an outpatient clinical setting. This is a full‑time position with some call responsibility. Responsibilities Round and manage patients admitted to the hospital as inpatients Perform standard exams and procedures to conduct initial evaluations of inpatient and emergency room consults Provide consultations and evaluate patients in an office setting with supervision and clinical guidance as needed Participate in the monthly call schedule shared by two physicians and another APP Assist with management and triage of clinical‑related patient phone calls Assist with management of results, prescription requests, patient messages and inquiries via EPIC (the health system EMR) Contribute to excellent patient care, research, teaching, consulting, and leadership to the organization Emphasize health promotion for patients Coordinate chemotherapy treatments Augment the physician’s ability to provide medical services to gynecologic oncology patients Benefits Competitive Salary Comprehensive Benefits EPIC system experience Quality, Service, and Reputation Qualifications Masters or Bachelors Degree from an accredited PA program and National Board Certification Licensed as a Nurse and approved to practice as an NP by the State of Georgia with National Certification Gynecology experience preferred, but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr Stryker Corporation
