Overview Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – 12-Hour Shifts. Location: NHC Murfreesboro, 420 North University Street, Murfreesboro, TN 37130. Schedule: 12-hour shifts with shift differentials and a $6,000 sign-on bonus for full-time positions. Responsibilities Maintain clinical competency through integrated nursing knowledge, leadership, and communication. Utilize the nursing process for assessment, planning, and implementing care. Organize and prioritize workflow to meet patient needs. Integrate current standards of practice and regulations into patient care. Practice continuous quality improvement and problem-solving.
