About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its newly launched Center for Legal Innovation. This role is pivotal in the organization's mission to develop and implement novel legal advocacy strategies, particularly in the fight against the resurgence of anti-Semitism. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading a team, engaging in complex legal matters, and driving change in line with the company's core mission. A strong background in litigation, with at least 20 years' experience in premier law firms or government positions, is essential. The role demands a leader with first-chair trial experience in complex federal litigation, a proven track record in strategic thinking, and managerial experience in leading a team of lawyers. The ideal candidate for the Executive Director position at the company's Center for Legal Innovation will have a deep commitment to the organization's mission and a passion for effecting change through legal means. The role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to execute and manage litigation strategies effectively. The Executive Director will work closely with the Founder and Chairman, as well as the Senior Vice President for Legal Advocacy, and must be prepared to take on the challenge of a leadership position that involves not only legal expertise but also the ability to engage with other lawyers and organizations in the pursuit of the company's goals. This is an opportunity for a seasoned legal professional to make a significant impact in the field of public interest law and to be at the forefront of a dynamic and ambitious legal advocacy agenda.
