Working Shop Foreman

We are seeking a hands-on Working Shop Foreman to lead our service team from the front. This is not a desk jobthis role requires an experienced technician who can both turn wrenches and lead by example to keep the shop running efficiently and productively.

The ideal candidate will maintain a strong presence in the shop, ensure technicians stay on task, and help drive overall performance and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively perform mechanical work (diagnostics, repairs, alignments, etc.)
• Lead and supervise technicians to maintain workflow and productivity
• Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and correctly the first time
• Keep the shop organized, on schedule, and operating at a high level
• Monitor technician performance and address downtime or inefficiencies
• Assist with dispatching work and prioritizing jobs as needed
• Maintain a professional, team-focused environment

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an automotive technician (5+ years preferred)
• Prior leadership or foreman experience strongly preferred
• Ability to lead by example and command respect in a fast-paced shop
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
• High level of accountability and work ethic
• Ability to keep a team focused, productive, and moving
